Thought of the Day: Music (Does taste determine your Age) Hmmm

So, I've always thought of myself as a fan of music. If someone were to take a gander at my IPOD they would notice I have a bunch of different genres I enjoy. From Keith Whitley (I know, your like whose that?) to The Rolling Stones, to System of a Down, to some old school rap........that's right I have Rex-N-Effect on my IPOD (Rump Shaker Baby!!!) But it seems that lately my taste have really started to sway towards classic country. I don't know what it is or why, but I love listening to people like George Strait, Don Williams, Earl Thomas Conley, and even Keith Whitley who I mentioned early and I am actually listening to right now. And I'm wondering if this a sign that I'm getting older. I mean I'm not even 30 years old and I'm already listening to this music. What does that mean when I turn 50. I'll probably be that old fart that thinks all music is evil and chasing kids of my lawn, waking up at 2:30am, eating breakfast at 3:30, lunch a 9am, dinner at 2pm and in bed at 5pm. I mean does my taste in music have a direct link to the person I'm becoming? But then again I still drive like most people my age, I think I dress like most people my age (I don't hike my pants up to just under my arm pits), and I own an IPOD.....that must mean something. So maybe this whole classic country is just a sign of good taste and not my age. Besides, I still do it for "The Nookie, the what, The Nookie". That's it, thanks for stoppin by and remember, just keep "Rollin', Rollin', Rollin'".
